1
Mental Health Evaluation and Assessment
A mental health evaluation and assessment is a process used to understand a person's mental state, identify potential mental health conditions, and determine the most appropriate course of treatment. It involves gathering information through various methods like interviews, questionnaires, and sometimes physical exams or lab tests. These assessments help mental health professionals diagnose conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
2
Individual Counseling
While in Individual Counseling clients will work one-on-one with a trained counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. Clients will work on coping with major life challenges, to dealing with substance abuse, depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge.
3
Family Counseling
Family counseling will help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Talking about addiction with a loved one is no easy task, nor is it one to be taken lightly. However, if you think a family member has developed a drug or alcohol dependence, it’s important that you take meaningful action to get them the help they need. You also may need to seek help during this time and speak with counselor.
